Beth Lamport, a former Federated Department Store executive, brings over 20 years of retail real estate experience to Sabre Real Estate Group. Given her background she has been able to bring retailers to New York including Wachovia Bank, AC Moore, Tuesday Morning, Chico’s, Miller’s Ale House, Omaha Steak and Benihana. Ms. Lamport currently represents Ulta Beauty, Trader Joe’s, Tuesday Morning, Pet Supplies Plus, Chili’s, Maggianos and PGA Super Store. She has also brought her leasing expertise and strong relationships to the landlord side of the business by representing over 1 million square feet of space. Ms. Lamport’s goal and focus is to offer create business strategies that meet her client’s short and long term financial and operational objectives.
