Jayson Siano formed Sabre Real Estate Group with Kenneth Breslin of Breslin Realty in March 2011.  Mr. Siano was recognized as retail broker of the year in 2012.  He is responsible for the entrance and development of many national brands into the New York Metro area.  Prior to forming Sabre, Jayson was hired in 2006 by CB Richard Ellis to create and direct their Long Island & Outer Boroughs retail offices.   In 2008 Mr. Siano cofounded the Retail Network; which has quickly grown into one of the industry’s leading networking organizations, contributing generous donations to many charitable causes throughout New York.

In 1986, right out of college, Ken Breslin started working with his father Wilbur Breslin at Breslin Realty Development Corporation.  Since then he has been admitted to the bar in the states of New York and New Jersey and is often referred to as the pioneer of the industry due to the precedent he has set through his exemplary real estate transactions. Breslin Realty was often referred to as “Breslin University” having produced some of the industry’s most influential real estate minds in the business today.  In March 2011, Ken Breslin dissolved his brokerage company Breslin Realty Inc. to form Sabre Real Estate Group with Jayson Siano of CB Richard Ellis. For Mr. Breslin and Mr. Siano, it seemed to be perfect timing to start a company that would regenerate the retail real estate industry.

James Aug joined Sabre as principal to lead the growing New Jersey division. Aug has 27 years of retail real estate experience, including 20 years in New Jersey, and the ownership of Garrick Aug & Co. and RS Aug Real Estate. He most recently was a senior vice president at the CB Richard Ellis New Jersey Retail Services Group. During his 20 years in New Jersey, Aug was responsible for the northern New Jersey rollout of such retailers as Circuit City, Sears Hardware, Sears Auto and The Great Indoors. Prior to establishing his own firm, Aug was a salesperson, broker and CEO/president of Garrick-Aug , which was sold in 2005 to an investment company.

Scott Sher joined Sabre in December of 2011 as Senior Vice President, bringing with him his incredible talent for both tenant representation and retailer expansion.  Now as a Principal at Sabre Scott has actively worked to develop an in-depth and comprehensive understanding of various real estate markets with specific focus to both region and product.  As a result, he currently leads Sabre's expansion throughout New Jersey, Manhattan, and the outer boroughs.  

Scott has proven himself as one of the best brokers in the industry for developing expansion strategies for national retailers. 
With a strong belief in cultivating authentic relationships, he strives to create an environment with his clients where he serves not just as their broker, but rather as an extension of their real estate team.  By putting the clients' best interests first, he successfully negotiates deals that promote company strategy and brand success.  Scott works with a variety of clients, including Starbucks, Blink, Save a Lot, Bareburger, Massage Envy, European Wax Center, among others.

He has successfully transacted deals with retailers such as Nordstrom Department Stores, The Container Store, Darden Restaurant Group, Bank United, PNC Bank, Home Depot, Pathmark, Stop and Shop, Expo Design Centers, Marshall’s, TJ Maxx, McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s, 7 Eleven, Levitz Furniture, Office Max, Staples, Modell’s Sporting Goods, Sports Authority, Men’s WearHouse, Bed Bath and Beyond, Stouffer Restaurants, Jos. With a history of creating retail space from non-retail real estate, Anderson was the forerunner of adaptive re-use. Bowling establishments became a family department store and a toy store; Industrial space became a home improvement and design store; a research laboratory became a sporting goods store; a quarry became a Power Shopping Center and a distribution warehouse became a supermarket. During this process, Lawrence established himself as an innovator in creating retail real estate opportunities while developing a loyal following of retailers and developers.

Gina Baxter joined Sabre Real Estate Group as Vice President - Marketing/Operations to oversee daily marketing needs as well as to develop the branding and marketing of the company itself. Ms. Baxter’s focus is to develop targeted marketing campaigns to fit the needs of Sabre's variety of tenants. By marketing to a specific audience through a thoughtful combination of market knowledge and creativity, Ms. Baxter helps Sabre facilitate successful projects. Gina also oversees the daily functioning of the office as a whole. Prior to joining Sabre, Ms. Baxter served as Retail Coordinator for the Long Island and Outer Boroughs retail teams at CB Richard Ellis.  She began her real estate career in the new store development department of Starbucks Coffee Company as well as an internship at Winick Realty while studying Marketing at the University of Connecticut.

Doug Bomzer, Managing Director, has been at Sabre Real Estate Group since the Spring of 2011. Prior to joining Sabre he was with Breslin Realty for 3 years working on leasing major shopping centers and tenant representation. At Sabre, Doug has experience in site selection, dispositions and the leasing of new developments and existing projects in the New York Metropolitan region. His strengths are showcased through his ability to organize a plan of action which includes everything from the inception of the relationship to store opening. Doug earned a bachelor’s degree in management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. Doug’s current projects include site selection and lease negotiations for Chili’s, Southdown Marketplace and School of Rock along with leasing brand new mixed use developments. Justin Korinis joined Sabre's New Jersey office as Senior Vice President in 2016.

Korinis previously was an Assistant Director in the Northern New Jersey office of Savills Studley in Hackensack. He has experience in multiple facets of retail real estate, including tenant representation, landlord representation, and property acquisition and disposition. He has represented such national tenants as Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, California Tortilla,  FedEx Office, Skechers, Sleepy’s, TGI Friday’s, Urban Plates, Wendy’s and Zinburger and has assisted many of them in developing their expansion strategies in New Jersey and beyond. Additionally, he also represented JP Morgan Chase Bank with lease renewals and relocations throughout the Garden State. Justin has also exclusively represented a number of landlords in various lease transactions, ranging from individual owners in suburban downtowns to REITs and other institutional owners in urban markets.

Korinis joined Savills Studley in 2006 as an industrial property broker and was one of four primary account managers representing International Paper exclusively throughout North America. Prior to joining the Studley, Korinis had a successful career as a senior mortgage banker with Ameriquest Mortgage Co.

Jessica Panzarella joined Sabre Real Estate Group in 2016. Jessica had previously worked for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Retail at the firm's Manhattan headquarters to work with Executive Vice President Jeffrey D. Roseman and his team. Ms. Panzarella worked with some of New York's largest landlords, assisting them in the marketing and leasing of their retail spaces throughout the New York Metropolitan area. She also assisted broker’s on the tenant side, focusing on the representation of national and local clients, with services including retail site selection and market entry strategy. Most recently, Jessica worked for Gorney Realty Co. in Nashville, Tennessee, working with the companies CEO, Susan Gorney. Jessica’s focus was on both landlord and tenant representation throughout the Greater Nashville Area.
Ms. Panzarella is a graduate of Rider University, where she majored in Journalism and minored in Public Relations and Event Planning. She is a licensed real estate professional in New York and Tennessee.

Upon graduating Monmouth University, Jennifer worked at UBS Financial for 4 years in the managed accounts department. After leaving UBS, Jennifer was a manager at lululemon athletica and a career in retail real estate was the next step.  Combining her love of fashion and shopping, Jennifer has found a true passion for the retail real estate industry.

Prior to joining Sabre, Jenifer was a broker at RJ Brunelli and had experience working with tenants such as Dollar Tree, European Wax Center and Pure Barre. As an energetic and motivated broker, she consistently demonstrates the highest level of professionalism and commitment to her clients.

Stephanie’s real estate experience began in June of 2013 with Keller Williams NYC where she became the Top Producing Leasing Agent. In addition, she has over five years’ experience in landlord representation having worked with Gina Argento at Broadway Stages.
