Scott Sher, an experienced tenant representation expert, joined Sabre Real Estate Group as senior vice president. Formerly director of real estate - northeastern region at Katz & Associates Corp., of Pearl River, he specializes in tenant and landlord representation in the New Jersey, Manhattan, Outer Boroughs, Westchester and Long Island markets. Prior to joining Katz in 2007, he was director of leasing with Anderson Realty Services, where he was responsible for analyzing markets and leasing new developments and regional shopping centers throughout New York and New Jersey. He began his real estate career as a leasing associate at Studley in Manhattan, where his focus was market analysis and business development. Before joining Studley, Sher was a major account executive with Qwest Communications. Sher has a great understanding of the retail real estate business and is a tremendous asset to Sabre Real Estate.
