Scott Sher joined Sabre in December of 2011 as Senior Vice President, bringing with him his incredible talent for both tenant representation and retailer expansion. Now as a Principal at Sabre Scott has actively worked to develop an in-depth and comprehensive understanding of various real estate markets with specific focus to both region and product. As a result, he currently leads Sabre's expansion throughout New Jersey, Manhattan, and the outer boroughs.
Scott has proven himself as one of the best brokers in the industry for developing expansion strategies for national retailers.
With a strong belief in cultivating authentic relationships, he strives to create an environment with his clients where he serves not just as their broker, but rather as an extension of their real estate team. By putting the clients' best interests first, he successfully negotiates deals that promote company strategy and brand success. Scott works with a variety of clients, including Starbucks, Blink, Save a Lot, Bareburger, Massage Envy, European Wax Center, among others.
Prior to joining Sabre, Scott served as Director of Real Estate of North Eastern Region at Katz & Associates Corp. He was also Director of Leasing for Anderson Realty Services and was Leasing Associate at Studley, in Manhattan.
