Jayson Siano
Managing Principal
Sabre Real Estate Group
Born into a family of car dealers, Sabre Real Estate Group Managing Principal Jayson Siano grew up learning how to detail cars and make sales by the time he was a teen. When he was introduced to Kenneth Breslin, president of Breslin Realty, his life changed, or as Siano put it, “The rest is history.” He joined Breslin Realty in 2001 becoming Breslin’s youngest broker at 25. As a broker, Siano visited every Long Island shopping center, keeping notes on index cards. He analyzed each center to find out what made it work – a technique he continues to use today when training salespeople. After five years at Breslin, Siano became the top producer, responsible for leading the company with a focus on business development, strategy, corporate finance, recruiting and corporate culture.
In 2007, Siano was pursued by CB Richard Ellis to co-create the retail services group out of its Woodbury office. After four years with CBRE, he decided it was time to start his own brokerage company. A conversation with Ken Breslin turned this into reality. Siano and Breslin joined forces again in 2011 and launched Garden City-based Sabre Real Estate Group. “The proudest achievement in my career to date is pairing up with my former boss and mentor to start Sabre Real Estate Group,” Siano said. “I am now able to combine the mentality and resources of a large corporation with the speed and efficiency of a small, private company in order to create a firm offering the best of both worlds at Sabre.”
Sabre exclusively represents some of the world’s most recognized brands including Starbucks Coffee, Trader Joe’s, Ulta, AutoZone and National Wholesale Liquidators. Siano also co-founded a real estate nonprofit networking organization, The Retail Network. TRN established a charitable partnership with the New York City Clothing Bank, donating all proceeds to them. Siano and his wife, Danielle, are new parents of their son, Jax, who is four months old. “I want my children to learn about real estate as early as I learned about cars,” Siano said. “My son has been in the office with me since he was a few weeks old. I want him to take pride in showing his grandchildren what I developed when I am long gone.”
