05.16.2016 LIBN | Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza coming to East Farmingdale
By David Winzelberg
Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza will open its seventh Long Island restaurant this summer.
The Florida-based chain leased 3,200 square feet in a still-under-construction building at 1278 Route 110 in East Farmingdale for its newest location, according to a written statement.
Anthony’s operates Long Island restaurants in Bohemia, Carle Place, Commack, Great Neck, Wantagh and Woodbury.
Jayson Siano of Sabre Real Estate Group in Garden City represented Anthony’s and Chris Nicholson of Genesis Real Estate Advisors represented the landlord, VL 9 1278 Route 110 LLC, a division of JPD United, in the lease transaction.
“This is an ideal location for Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza,” Siano said in the statement. “It’s close to Farmingdale State College, two multiplex cinemas, dense office development along the Route 110 corridor and significant retail in a highly visible site opposite Republic Airport.”
