Brooklyn is getting the first outer-borough Denny's which is taking over the former Galaxy Diner at 805 Pennsylvania Ave. in East New York.

The diner, seating 125 patrons, is expected to open on Jan. 1 between Linden Boulevard, and Stanley Avenue. Open 24/7, it will be perfect for après clubbing as well as all-day eating.

The 3,000 square foot free-standing building has onsite parking for 20 cars.

Area market rents range between $30 to $40 per square foot on a triple net basis, whereby the tenants pay rent, taxes and maintenance.

Greg Batista of Sabre represents the Spartenberg, S.C.-based Denny's in both the city and on Long Island, and negotiated the deal with both the restaurant chain and the building owners, Renaissance Realty Group.
